Hello, and welcome! I’m so glad you’re here.

My relationship with healing began early in life, accompanying my grandfather to work in his family medical practice. He was a Western-trained physician from the Philippines, and I’ve always felt a meaningful parallel in my own path—studying Eastern medicine as it takes root here in the West. Growing up in Crested Butte, surrounded by active, health-conscious role models, deeply shaped my understanding of the body and continues to inspire my commitment to caring for it in a way that supports a lifetime of ease, movement, and vitality.

I completed my Doctor of Traditional Chinese Medicine degree summa cum laude at Pacific Rim College in Victoria, British Columbia, with 1,065 hours of clinical training over ten semesters. My education included extensive training in acupuncture, herbal medicine, Chinese manual therapy (Tui Na), and dietary therapy. In addition, I completed a year-long mentorship in integrative bodywork with Malcolm Clark of Uretreat, drawing inspiration from Tai Chi, Qi Gong, Feldenkrais, and Zero Balancing.

One of the aspects of Traditional Chinese Medicine that speaks most deeply to me is its reverence for cyclical living and alignment with the natural world. When our internal rhythms harmonize with broader cycles—such as the seasons and lunar phases—we experience greater health and balance. TCM offers a nuanced lens through which we can understand the interconnected nature of our physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual bodies, and provides time-tested tools for restoring connection, resilience, and vitality.

Clinically, I am especially interested in reproductive health and fertility, while also enjoying work with digestive concerns, hormonal imbalances, psycho-emotional patterns, and pain. I value meeting each patient where they are and supporting the body’s innate capacity to heal.

Outside of the clinic, you’ll usually find me surfing, hiking, skiing, mountain biking, playing hockey, practicing yoga, exploring breathwork and meditation, or spending time outdoors with my dog.
